THE DJ ASSOCIATION means DJ ASSOCIATES DISC JOCKEY DJ ASSOCIATION , also referred to as

REGISTERED MEMBERS, MEMBERSHIP, MEMBER, DJ LISTING, LISTED BUSINESS, BUSINESS LISTING
and LISTED MEMBER means any business or organization listed on the website.
SITE VISITOR means any Internet user gaining access to the website.
Please note: WEBSITE Terms and Conditions apply solely to The DJ ASSOCIATES website and do not apply to the websites linked there to.

Member Registration
16. All REGISTERED MEMBERS agree to provide true and accurate details about the business or organization and will agree on request to notify The DJ ASSOCIATION of any changes to that detail in order that registration data be kept up to date.
17. Should The DJ ASSOCIATION believe that any REGISTERED MEMBER has provided false or misleading registration data, The DJ ASSOCIATION has the right to cancel membership and membership benefits with immediate effect.
Please note: it is impossible for The DJ ASSOCIATION to verify and check the service level of any individual REGISTERED MEMBER, therefore we do not imply that any individual REGISTERED MEMBER is recommended by us or approved by us. REGISTERED MEMBERS found to be using these slogans as part of their marketing will be removed from The DJ ASSOCIATION.
18. Incomplete online application to join the DJ ASSOCIATION will be rejected.
19. The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to reject submissions which do not comply with the rules of application; that is considered to be suspicious; have poor or short descriptions; of low value to the DJ ASSOCIATION or represent a conflict of interest. NOTE: Applicant submissions of a sexual, adult, illegal or questionable nature are not accepted.
20. REGISTERED MEMBERS who bring the profession, online forum community/s maintained by The DJ ASSOCIATION or name of the DJ ASSOCIATION into disrepute will result in loss of membership, benefits of DJ ASSOCIATION membership and privileges with immediate effect.

The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to publicly announce and list excluded REGISTERED MEMBERS on its website and maintained websites including individuals who do not comply with the DJ ASSOCIATION terms or ethics, or , have deemed to bring the DJ ASSOCIATION into disrepute either by conduct, business practice or misrepresentation or behaviour.22. The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to amend, update or change website content including conditions without notice or reference to any other parties.
23.The terms and conditions and site use policy as set out by the DJ ASSOCIATION are subject to change at any time without notice.
24.REGISTERED MEMBERS may have their details stored on the website database for verification of membership to the DJ ASSOCIATION .

graphics designed by the DJ ASSOCIATION remain the property
and copyright
of the DJ ASSOCIATION .
26. REGISTERED MEMBERS are subject to terms and
conditions of the DJ ASSOCIATION .
27. The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to amend, update or change
site content or privacy policy without notice or reference to any
other parties.
28. False use of
copyrighted DJ ASSOCIATION images
and content will be subject to own ISP intellectual property rights laws (1998)
and amendments thereafter.
29. Any all software titles made available for direct download through this website are provided by third-party software publishers pursuant to license agreements or other arrangements between such publishers and the end user. The DJ ASSOCIATION disclaim any responsibility for, or liability related to the software.
