Registration
16. All REGISTERED MEMBERS agree to provide true and accurate details about
the business or organization and will agree on request to notify The
DJ ASSOCIATION of any changes to that detail in order that registration data be
kept up to date.
17. Should The DJ ASSOCIATION believe that
any REGISTERED MEMBER has provided false or misleading registration data, The
DJ ASSOCIATION has the right to cancel membership and membership benefits
with immediate effect.
18. Incomplete online application to
join the DJ ASSOCIATION will be rejected.
19. The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to reject submissions
which do not comply with the rules of application; that is considered to be suspicious; have poor or short
descriptions; of low value to the DJ ASSOCIATION or represent a conflict of interest.
NOTE: Applicant submissions of a sexual, adult, illegal or questionable nature are not accepted.
20. REGISTERED MEMBERS
who bring the profession, online forum community/s or name of the DJ ASSOCIATION into
disrepute may result in loss of membership, benefits of association membership
and privileges with immediate
effect.

The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to publicly list suspended
or banned MEMBERS, or rejected applicants who do not comply
with the DJ ASSOCIATION terms and conditions, or, have deemed
to bring the DJ ASSOCIATION and practiced DJ profession into disrepute either by conduct, business practice or
misrepresentation or behaviour.
22. The DJ
ASSOCIATION reserves
the right to amend, update or change website content including conditions without notice or reference to any
other parties.
23.The terms and conditions and site use policy as
set out by the DJ ASSOCIATION are subject to change at any time without notice.
24.REGISTERED MEMBERS may have their details
stored on the website database for verification of membership to the
DJ ASSOCIATION . No personal contact details will be made available.

Promotional banner, logos and
graphics designed by the DJ ASSOCIATION remain the property
and copyright
of the DJ ASSOCIATION .
26. REGISTERED MEMBERS are subject to terms and
conditions of the DJ ASSOCIATION .
27. The DJ ASSOCIATION reserves the right to amend, update or change
site content or privacy policy without notice or reference to any
other parties.
28. False use of
copyrighted DJ ASSOCIATION images
and content will be subject to own ISP intellectual property rights laws (1998)
and amendments thereafter.
