REGISTERED MEMBERS, MEMBERSHIP, MEMBER, DJ LISTING, LISTED BUSINESS, BUSINESS LISTING
and LISTED MEMBER means any business or organization listed on the website.
SITE VISITOR means any Internet user gaining access to the website.
Please note these Terms and Conditions
apply solely to The Website and do not apply to the websites linked there to.

(a) All copyright in the design and layout of and in the software supporting The
Website is owned by or legally licensed to The ASSOCIATION. The name 'djassociates.org'
and any logo or logos used or displayed by The Website
are the property of The ASSOCIATION. Neither the name, logo's or any part of
The Website may be used without the prior permission of The ASSOCIATION.
(b) The classification system contained in The Website is copyright of The
ASSOCIATION and must not be extracted for use in any other website or
publication.
(c) The collection of data which forms the content of The Website is copyright
of The ASSOCIATION and any reproduction or extraction thereof for any use is
strictly forbidden.
2. Partners and Associates
No Partnership or Association with The Website, either explicit or implied, may
be made by any individual, business or organization without the express
permission of The ASSOCIATION.
3. Warranties
No information, either oral, written or electronically supplied by The
ASSOCIATION shall constitute a warranty or obligation unless expressly stated.

4. SITE DATA
consists of the Business Name and Website address of the Listed Business
which may include the Business contact Telephone Number and Email address.
This data will be displayed on The
Website in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Under no
circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties without the express
permission of the Listed Business.

Address of the LISTED BUSINESS will not be made public viewable.

Listed Business. Under no circumstances will this information be displayed on
the website or be passed on to any third parties without the express permission
of the Listed Business. The ASSOCIATION will use the Contact Data to contact the
Listed Business from time to time only with information relevant to The
ASSOCIATION and it's products and services.
6. The ASSOCIATION is unable to record
the identity of any individual Site Visitor. Only general traffic statistics are
recorded by The ASSOCIATION.

organizations included in the BUSINESS LISTINGS, or with any companies or
organizations associated there with.

this Web Site provided (I) the copyright notice is not obscured or removed (ii)
The link is discontinued if so requested by The ASSOCIATION.
Site Visitors
13. By accessing or using any part of The Website, SITE VISITORS agree to be bound by
the ASSOCIATION
Terms and Conditions. Any Internet user not wishing to be so bound should not
access or use The Website.
14. SITE VISITORS may retrieve and
display content from the site on a computer screen or print individual pages on
paper. SITE VISITORS may not copy, distribute, sell or publish any of the
content. Please seek permission from The ASSOCIATION.
15. SITE VISITORS
accessing the ASSOCIATION website agree to be bound by the conditions of site
use. The
ASSOCIATION is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the SITE
VISITORS or equipment belonging there to as a result of downloading any material from The
Website either intentionally or unintentionally, or from any business or
organization associated with the Website or listed thereon.
New Submissions
16. All REGISTERED MEMBERS agree to provide true and accurate details about
the business or organization and will agree on request to notify The
ASSOCIATION of any changes to that detail in order that the registration data be
kept up to date.
17. Should The ASSOCIATION believe that
any REGISTERED MEMBER has provided false or misleading registration data, The
ASSOCIATION may suspend or cancel the current or any future registration
associated with the aforementioned listing.
18. Incomplete online application to
join the ASSOCIATION will be rejected.
19. The ASSOCIATION reserves the right
to reject submissions which do not comply with the rules of application, we consider to be suspicious, have poor or short
descriptions, of low value to the ASSOCIATION or represent a conflict of interest.
NOTE: Submissions of a sexual, adult, illegal or questionable nature are not accepted.
20. REGISTERED MEMBERS
who bring the profession, online forum community or name of the ASSOCIATION into
dispute will result in suspension or removal of BUSINESS LISTING at the
discretion of the ASSOCIATION.
21.
The ASSOCIATION reserves the right to publicly list
cancelled or suspended MEMBERS, or rejected applicants who do not comply
with the ASSOCIATION terms and conditions of practice, or, have deemed
to bring the ASSOCIATION and practiced DJ profession into dispute either by conduct, business practice or
misrepresentation or behavior.
22. The ASSOCIATION reserves
the right to amend, update or change website content including conditions without notice or reference to any
other parties.
Enhanced Listings
23.Promotional BUSINESS LISTING banners for enhanced listing will be subject to terms and conditions as
set out by the ASSOCIATION and subject to change at any time without notice.
24.REGISTERED MEMBERS may enhance their BUSINESS LISTING by using a graphic banner
177x132 for direct URL web-link to own business.
Note: one banner per REGISTERED MEMBER is permitted.
25.
Banners may be submitted for advertising 177x132 pixels. Promotional banner
graphics designed by the ASSOCIATION for enhanced listings remain the property
and copyright
of the ASSOCIATION.
26. REGISTERED MEMBERS using enhanced banner adverts are subject to terms and
conditions of the ASSOCIATION.
27. The ASSOCIATION reserves the right to amend, update or change
promotional Business Listing banner graphic for enhanced listing and placement without notice or reference to any
other parties.
28. False use of
copyrighted ASSOCIATION images
and content will be subject to own ISP intellectual property rights laws (1998)
and amendments thereafter.
